Zoo Teen Program

Recycle

By reusing many of the products already created--such as aluminum, glass, paper, and plastic--we can reduce energy consumption.

If every household in the U.S. replaced just one roll of 1,000 sheet virgin fiber bathroom tissues with 100% recycled ones, we could save: 373,000 trees, 1.48 million cubic feet of landfill space, and 155 million gallons of water. Source, Seventh Generation Co.

Application Forms

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Brevard Zoo. Volunteer Adventure Path Orientation dates will be held on the following Saturdays in 2012: February 25, June 2, September 8, and December 1 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. These Information Sessions are held in the Zoo Education Building. If attendance is not possible, please send an email to voladmin@brevardzoo.org or call Jean Galvin, Director of Volunteer Programs at 321.254.9453 x 218. Please check this page prior to attending for updated information. Your application will be held for 4 months. Please do not reapply during that period.

You must be 16 years of age or older to participate in the Zoo's Volunteer Program. If you are aged 13 to 16, please visit our Teen Program.
